Diet plan MUST be on!

Went to Women Specialist last week. To cut the story short below are what I need to take and do:
1. Detoxing at 5.00 am

  • 650ml warm water or equivalent to 2 1/2 mugs 
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs apple vinegar
  • 1 tbs avocado oil (optional)
  • 1 tbs pomegranate vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tbs pomegranate concentrate
  • 1 tbs pure honey
Note: Must follow the item accordingly


2. Breakfast at 7.00 am

  • 7 pcs of dates
  • a glass of fresh milk
  • muesli with nuts+seeds (recommended brand: dorsett)
  • salad: celery, parsley, mint, corrinder, carrot, tomato, cucumber (tips: mix it together and add up olive oil and lemon to make it tasteful)
  • any fruit especially with the bright color such as pomegranate, dragonfruit, starfruit and guava (I opt for green apple, red apple and starfruit)

3. Lunch at 12.00 - 2.00 pm

  • 2 glass warm water
  • 2 pcs fruit
  • 1 scoop of rice
  • main course either: fish / red meat / breast chicken / seafood such as clamps, mussels
  • 1 bowl salad
Note: Main course to be grilled or steam. Shrimp and squid are not included healthy seafood since full of cholestrol.

4. Dinner before 7.00 pm

  • 2 glass of warm water
  • 2 pcs fruit
  • wholemeal sandwich with grilled fish/red meat/breast chicken
Note: Add on mixture of herbs such as oregano, rosemary and also lemon juices to make ur meal tasteful rather than bland taste

5. Supper

  • 1 pc fruit
  • oat (if hungry)
  • 1 glass of fresh milk (if hungry)

6. Exercise

  • 30 - 45 mins daily (a must!)

Now its up to me whether i could follow or not. I've tried the detox part and even experimented grilled chicken with mixture of olive oil, lemon, pepper, rosemary, oregano bla bla bla....better to grilled it with oven because if grill in with pan the chicken will be very dry. I like it juicy and tender.

On detox part..i would say the toilet becoming my bff for 2 hours after swallowed the items. Distasteful part olive oil. However the apple vinegar and pomegranate concentrate really sour and vanished that olive oil taste. And the last part on honey...its yummy...sweeten all the ingredients.

Thanks to Dr. Masitah...we'll see whether i could give u at least 5kg before we meet again on a day before my 1st year annivesary. Huhuhuhu...

I will try even a bit doubtful. Since diet part would be difficult for me therefore i'll try to exercise as much as i could...i HOPE!
